As soon as your package is on its way, you receive an email with a tracking code.
The information you have is the same that is available to me, so if you want updates I suggest you to reach out to the shipping company first.

Our items are not all shipped from the same place: the 3D printed creations are shipped from our head office in Italy, but all other creations are shipped directly to by our printing partner.
If the shipping price increases, it's beacuse the items you picked come from different locations and require different shippings.
If you waited the shipping times mentioned under "When will I receive my order?" and you have made sure that the provided address was correct and complete yet the order did not arrive, reach out to us through the contact form below!
Make sure you doublecheck the address when you write it, as lack of delivery due to mistakes in the address on your behalf do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Thanks to our dropshipping model, some creations can be created locally according to your position and shipped to you anywhere in the world: clothing, mugs, phone covers, laptop sleeves, posters.

For 3D printed items, which are produced in Italy, we ship to the European Union. Shipping worldwide can be sometimes arranged. Contact us through the form below!
All 3D printed creations can come in gift wrapping and I can add notes for the receiver too, just write it in the order notes!
For other creations we currently can't offer gift packing, sorry!
Orders of 3D printed creations can be modified, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.
For orders containing other items, it's not always possible to modify them because their production starts immediately and dispatching can be very fast.
In either case, please reach out as soon as possible to increase the chance the order can be modified!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return must be paid and organised by the customer.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All returns must be first communicated to me via email, where I will provide you with the correct address to ship your items to.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Everything that is not 3D printed, is produced specifically for your order.This allows us to be kinder to the planet by avoiding overproduction and unsold stock, and also allows us to be as size inclusive as our supplier allows us to be.
For this reason, these products qualify as personalised orders, and, as soon as production starts, it will not be possible to get refunds or proceed with returns, unless the item is damaged.
This includes also, but not only, the following items: all clothing, phone cases, towels, pillow cases, blankets, laptop cases, hats, ...
